Ecru is a product of ChaosChain, Inc. This notice explains the current marketing website and demo-request flow. It does not describe a deployed customer voice service.

The demo request

The form prepares an email draft in your browser. The website does not submit, store or send your form entries. You choose whether to send the draft through your email provider. You can also contact info@chaoscha.in directly.

If you email us, ChaosChain receives the information you choose to include and can use it to respond to your enquiry and discuss a demo or pilot. Please do not send customer call records, account credentials or sensitive personal information in this form.

Browser storage and analytics

This website does not set analytics cookies, load third-party tracking scripts or save your form inputs to browser storage. Fonts are served with the website. Your email provider handles the email you choose to send under its own terms and privacy practices.

Hosting and links

The public website is hosted through Cloudflare. To deliver and protect the site, Cloudflare processes technical request information such as IP addresses, requested URLs and browser information. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. We do not add advertising trackers or website analytics scripts. Links to other sites, including ChaosChain’s website, lead to services with their own practices.

To ask about information you have shared by email, including access, correction or deletion requests, contact info@chaoscha.in. Any pilot involving real callers will need its own agreed privacy, retention and access arrangements before use.
